Strengthening collaboration between chapters and delegations is a priority for me. I plan to organize workshops, competitions, and service projects that bring members together, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. Through innovative online platforms and resources, I'll facilitate communication and cooperation, ensuring that every member has the opportunity to contribute and succeed within the DECA community.
